Jennifer Murray, DES –  Executive Director

Jennifer joined the Essentient team in 2018 and was recently promoted to the role of Executive Director in 2021.

She passionately supports her clients in all association management aspects, with experience in a wide variety of industry sectors including commercial real estate, health care, and financial services.

Jennifer helps her clients reach their potential by being highly-strategic and creative in her approach. Her organizational and communication skills take those ideas from concept to implementation.

Jennifer is working towards achieving her Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation, the accreditation in the industry.

Prior to joining Essentient, Jennifer honed her skills in her national operations management role with one of Canada’s largest banks, with a focus on business systems for large enterprise.

Outside of her career, Jennifer is a board member and officer of the Polish Scouting Association of Canada.

In her free time she enjoys travel to exotic destinations, baking, and botany. She lives with her husband and two daughters at her home in Burlington, ON.
